    The Committee on Energy, Industry & Labor, Economic Development & Small Business moves to amend the bill on page two, section ten, line three, following the word “article”, by inserting the following:

    “for an alternative fuel motor vehicle that operates using compressed natural gas, liquified natural gas or electricity or any qualifying alternative fuel vehicle refueling infrastructure”.
